In yet another clear sign of the rapid degradation of civil society in Russia, a critical manufacturing facility has caught fire.
The Zvezda engineering plant in St. Petersburg caught ablaze, with very heavy damage reported.
The facility builds high-speed diesel engines for military vehicles.
The fire follows two other blazes at shopping centers around Moscow in recent days, suggesting deepening opposition to the savage and illegal invasion of Ukraine.
