There is an EU proposal on the table to sell seized Russian assets to help rebuild Ukraine.
So far, around €30bn in assets belonging to oligarchs and people and organizations linked to the Kremlin remain frozen worldwide.
The idea would be to put these ill-gotten gains to good use and route the money to help Ukraine.
