Ireland is set to experience a cold weekend with temperatures set to remain in the single digits for the most part.
According to Met Éireann, temperatures could drop to below freezing as a cold snap is set to grip the country.
Although Saturday is expected to see showers early on, they are expected to clear by mid afternoon.
It is expected that temperatures are to range between 6 to 10C across the country.
Meanwhile Sunday is expected to be another cold day, although it is expected to remain dry and bright with some sunny spells throughout.
The national forecaster say say temperatures will range between 7 to 10C.
