Lynsey Flood, daughter of Expert Scaffolding owner in Castleknock, has died yesterday following an incident.
Lynsey played for the Dublin county team as a junior and managed the local team. Members of the Castleknock hurling and football team are devastated following the accident.
The accident occurred around 9:30am on the premises of the Ward Industrial Park.
The Health and Safety Authority have visited the scene to investigate the reason of the incident. Her body has been removed to Connolly Hospital in Dublin.
