Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan has come out hard against reiki and has warned of its dangers and the evil that surrounds it.
Bishop Phonsie Cullinan has revealed that he’s received numerous requests to help people in his diocese deal with evil forces that have oppressed and possessed people they know.
Speaking to Eamon Keane on WLR FM’s ‘Déise Today’ programme, Bisphop Phonsie said: “You’re channelling energies, in inverted commas, you could well be opening yourself up to letting a spirit in which is not good and is dangerous stuff, actually.”
The articulate Bishop said that he is setting up a special ministry to battle the darkness surrounding reiki. He revealed that one priest in his diocese of Waterford and Lismore will soon be starting a specific training course in the practice of exorcism.
