Brawl breaks out during visit hours at prison

A brawl had broken out a among two prisoners and their visitors at Cloverhill prison during visiting hours.

Six people were arrested in relation to the fight. Just like the scene from the hit show, Love/Hate, wardens had to break up the brawl that had started.

It is believed that an argument started in the visiting area which lead to tension spilling out when they seen each other.

Prison officers acted quickly to break up the fight among three men, a mother, father and brother. People suffered some injuries and both the prisoners were dragged into the fight and also suffered injuries.

The six visitors that were arrested where brought to Ronanstown Gardai Station in Clondalkin.
