There’s yet another scandal in the car industry this week as up to 312,000 BMW cars are being recalled across the UK and Ireland, after the manufacturer detected a problem with power supply units.
The models affected are BMW 1 Series, 3 Series, the Z4 and its X1 petrol and diesel models manufactured between March 2007 and September 2011.
It’s understood that owners will be notified in the coming weeks if their vehicle has been affected.
