Cycling as a form of public transport in Dublin increases 125% in the last decade

Since 2006, the number of cyclists commuting has increased by a whopping 125%.

The annual traffic count carried out by Dublin City Council and The National Transport Authority, recorded 10,893 people cycling into the city in the average morning peak time in November 2015.

This figure is over double that of 2006.

Since 2006, car transport has decreased by 15%.
