Eight people were stuck high in the air as New Year’s Eve rang out in Brittany, France.
Instead of ringing in the new year watching fireworks, they were amongst the ones being fired into the air as they got caught for 9 hours on a funfair ride that broke down some 50 metres high up in the air.
A dramatic rescue of the people from the “BomberMaxxx” ride ensued with thankfully all being taken down safely by dawn this morning.
Perhaps their new year’s resolutions will be to not go to a funfair next New Year’s Eve!
