Gardai have arrested four suspected immigrants after they emerged from a truck at a service station in Co. Laois.
The incident happened in the Ballacolla area of the county earlier today. It is understood that the four people had traveled from Spain and had entered Ireland through Cork Harbour.
The men were taken to a facility in Cork, where they will be ‘processed’.
