Gardai issue appeal for information after a man is critically injured in Dublin city centre collision




Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for witnesses to come forward after a man and a woman were injured in a collision in the early hours of Thursday morning.

It is understood the appeal coked after the two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle on Trinity Street at approximately 12.30am.

Gardaí say the man aged in his 30s is currently in critical condition in St James’s Hospital, whilst the woman sustained minor injuries in the collision.

They also say the driver of the vehicle was uninjured in the incident.
