A four year old British boy has sadly died following a drowning accident in Tenerife it has been revealed.
It is understood the little boy died whilst he was in holiday with his family in the region.
According to reports in the British press, the little boy who has been named as Presley Stockton, died after drowning in a hotel swimming pool in the Los Cristianos resort on Wednesday.
It is understood the toddler was pronounced dead at the scene after a number of attempts were made to save his life by emergency personnel.
Police in Tenerife they are investigating the incident which occurred at the Paradise Park Hotel.
