Holidaymakers could have flights cancelled as Ryanair introduce ‘Brexit Clause’

British holidaymakers could potentially face a difficult travelling process in 2019 following the UK’s exit from the EU.

The potentially tricky travel restrictions were further highlighted this week, after the low cost fares airline Ryanair revealed that they will be imposing a ‘Brexit cause’ on all flights in its 2019 summer flight schedule.

In a move which will surely give thousands of holidaymakers further cause for concern, the company announced that they will include the clause which will allow them to cancel flights if Britain and the EU fail to address the issue of aviation regulations.

The clause which will be included in all of the airliners 2019 summer flights, will allow the company to cancel all prebooked flights if the British Government fails to reach an agreement with EU over aviation rules following the UK’s exit from the EU.

Although Ryanair say they hope the situation can be avoided, they did confirm all those affected by such a scenario would be refunded.
