A man in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk could face up to seven years in prison after he allegdly beat up his partners 4 year old daughter because she couldn’t count to five.
In what can only be described as truly horrific and sickening form of child abuse, the man who has since been arrested and charged by the city’s police, allegedly beat the defenceless and innocent little girl with a belt from his trousers.
The little girl who recieved a number of extensive head, neck, chest, arm and back injuries during the brutal attack, was also repeatedly struck with the wire of a phone charger.
According to Russian state media the girl’s horrific ordeal was not highlighted until a friend of the family reported the incident to police after seeing the extent of the young girl’s injuries.
It has been reported that the girl’s mother who tried to treat her daughter’s injuries at home, was too afraid to report the incident to police.
The 20 year old man who is originally from the ex-Soviet republic of Tajikistan, was arrested by police and charged with torture.
It is believed the man could face up to seven years in prison if he is found guilty of the alleged brutal attack.
