Lotto fever is bound to sweep across Ireland today, as Irish players are now able to buy tickets for the US Megamillions lottery.
According to The Irish Mirror there’s good reason to take a chance, as this week’s jackpot is estimated to be around €842m.
If won, it would be the second largest jackpot ever in US lotto history. Back in 2016, a Powerball jackpot worth $1.5bn was shared by three winning tickets.
