The leader of the Fianna Fáil party Michael Martin has slammed the current Fine Gael led government by accusing them of putting more effort into trying to stay in power, than serving the people that elected them.
Mr Martin who was speaking at the Liam Mellowes memorial in Castletown, Co Wexford over the weekend, said there was “an air of detachment” about the Government.
Mr Martin also accused the current left wing parties of making unachievable populist promises to the Irish people.
