It’s the story that the world is watching – the little warrior known as Alfie Evans, fighting every minute of the day to stay alive, no thanks to the doctors in his hospital, the judges and even the police, it would seem.

UK police have issued a thought crime warning to social media users expressing their disgust and dismay at the decision of the British courts to force 23-month- old Alfie Evans to die.

Merseyside Police used their twitter account to remind the British public that Big Brother is watching them and that opinions deemed “malicious” will not be tolerated.

The toddler who had his life support machine turned off after the now infamous court judgement was granted Italian citizenship and offered treatment in a Vatican Hospital.

However, against the doctors expectations Alfie has managed to breathe on his own but is still not permitted medical care.

The parents of Alfie are allowed to take their child home but not bring him to Italy for treatment.
