The online politically correct mob have launched a scathing attack on astronaut Scott Kelly after he quoted former UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill on Twitter, the BBC reports.
The space cadet tweeted criticising US President Donald Trump’s reaction to successfully having Brett Kavanaugh appointed to the Supreme Court.
He tweeted
“One of the greatest leaders of modern times, Sir Winston Churchill said, “in victory, magnanimity.” I guess those days are over.”
But in an ironic twist this triggered online PC trolls who went on the warpath attacking Kelly for quoting the historical figure whom they condemn as racist.
Rushing to pander to the online bullies, Kelly apologised and promised to learn more about the man voted The Greatest Briton’s “atrocities and racist views”.
As per usual, his cajoling apologetics have failed to sooth the anger of online virtue signallers but just provoked more attacks, this time from fans of Churchill.
Honestly, is there anything worse in the world than these social justice warriors who cry foul about everything? Do you think they need to get a life? Tell us in the Facebook post comments.
