Police forces are on high alert around the Spanish city of Barcelona, after the US State Department issued an intelligence-led warning about a possible terrorist attack there.
The warning specifies a ‘man of Moroccan origin who has a licence to drive heavy vehicles.”
Barcelona fell victim to terrorism in August of 2017, when militants rammed a van into crowds at Las Ramblas, killing 14 people.
