Two men remain in serious condition in hospital today after they were hit by a rampaging bull at a Co Clare cattle mart yesterday morning.
It is understood the horrific incident happened at approximately 10am on Thursday morning when one of the bulls got lose whilst the herd was being off-loaded at Ennis Mart.
According to a number of eye witnesses, three men were attacked by the bull with one of the being thrown into the air.
All three men were treated in hospital, although he man has since been released.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) have confirmed they have been notified of an incident in which three people were injured and investigation is currently ongoing.
