Up to 500 ambulance staff engage in a 10-hour long strike day -Army ambulances drafted to cope with potential demand




Up to five hundred ambulance staff working for the Psychiatric Nurses Association (PNA) are engaging in a 10-hour long strike today, forcing the Government to put Army ambulances on stand-by to cope with potential demand.

Staff will be mounting pickets around the country until 5pm today, to demand better representation with a union of their choosing.
