The below video has gone viral in the UK after a cyclist started on a driver who was said to be using his mobile phone while behind the wheel.
An exchange be the two can be seen on the video with verbal abuse thrown both ways.
Less than one minute after the driver saying it was safe for him to be driving and on his phone, the unthinkable happens and he brakes and crashes into the car in front.
