An Irish priest who is home from Florida for Christmas has won a massive sum in the Euromillions draw.
The retired cleric is originally from Co. Mayo but has been stationed in Florida for a long number of years. He scored the win after picking up a quick-pick Euromillions Plus draw which he bought bought in Donnybrook Fair in Malahide in Dublin on 22 December.
The priest made a joke that God Himself must be listening to his prayers for him to get such a lucky win.
