The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has confirmed that Ireland has joined EU member States in taking legal action against AstraZeneca.
Speaking in the Dail, Donnelly confirmed that legal action has begun in regards to ongoing issues with supply.
Donnelly told the Dail that the action has been taken over the pharmaceutical company’s complete failure to its contractual agreements for April, May, and June.
