Pope Francis and President Donald Trump have offered to help the parents of terminally-ill Charlie Gard who have tragically been told that their child will no longer receive medical help.
Pope Francis and Pope Francis have both called for the parents of terminally-ill Charlie Gard to be allowed to “accompany and treat their child until the end”.
Great Ormond Street Hospital, where little Charlie is staying, said it will continue Charlie’s care to allow the family to spend more time with him.
President Donald Trump tweeted his support on Monday for the family:
If we can help little #CharlieGard, as per our friends in the U.K. and the Pope, we would be delighted to do so.
