Bank Holiday Monday will be a washout, but better weather to come later in the week

blustery

What’s left of today and tomorrow will pretty much be a write-off as far as weather goes anyway.

Wet, windy weather with blustery, scattered showers and temperatures of 10-13C will be predominant for the next day or so.

Things will take a turn for the better on Tuesday, and though it will remain fresh and blustery, temperatures will reach 17C in places.

As Leaving Cert exams begin on Wednesday, the weather will become mild and dry, and it will be more of the same on Thursday, with temperatures predicted to hover around 19C.
