Brexit hangs in the balance once again as the Commons speaker has ruled out another vote on Prime Minster Theresa May’s Brexit deal.
John Bercow said that if the motion is substantially the same as it was last week, which was rejected by 149 votes, then it can’t go ahead for a third time.
What on earth happens next is anyone’s guess.
As if Theresa May’s job couldn’t get any harder, she mightn’t even get another vote never mind know what the result will be.
The vote was meant to happen on Tuesday or Wednesday this week but won’t happen now.
The only chance Theresa May has is to try and get more concessions from the EU on Thursday, which they’ve already said won’t happen.
