The first known coronavirus patient here in Ireland is being treated in a Dublin hospital, according to the Irish Mirror.
The patient, believed to be a male, was taken there after testing positive for the disease.
It is understood that the individual in question recently arrived in Ireland from one of the affected areas in Italy.
Over 3,000 people have now died from the disease worldwide.
