Disgraceful: Ireland’s airports will NOT be screening for Ebola

The government have stated that no formal Ebola virus screening will take place in any Irish airport.

The terrible decision is judged on the fact that Ireland has no direct flights to the most affected areas of West Africa. The thought process is that potential victims will already be detected in a stop-over destination.

Minister for Health Leo Varadkar is to be briefed on Ebola over the coming days.

Surely the correct procedure is to double check people to ensure this deadly disease is kept off our shores.
