Dr Holohan: Stay home and don’t meet up over Christmas

The Chief Medical Officer, Dr Tony Holohan has issued further advice by practically demanding that people stay put and where they are over Christmas.

Holohan issued a number of demands this week with the CMO said to be ‘troubled’ and ‘concerned’ about the serious nature of the latest spiralling case numbers.

Holohan is going hard after the hospitality sector be declaring that regardless of gastro pubs and restaurants currently being open that people should “stay away from pubs and restaurants” over the Christmas period if at all possible.

Meanwhile the CMO said that people should just stay at home and that they shouldn’t meet up with other people over Christmas.
