In what can only be described as absolutely disgraceful, nursing homes around Ireland are being blasted by covid-19 and it appears as though it’s spiralling out of all control.
An exert in infectious diseases, Dr Jack Lambert was talking to Virgin Media about coronavirus and said that the situation in nursing homes around Ireland is absolutely terrifying and that it was led to tragic consequences for the many residents, their loving families and all the health care staff who are doing their best to treat them.
Tragically covid-19 is having an awful impact on nursing homes with one particular nursing home in Munster losing 10 patients over one weekend to coronavirus.
