The Gardai were accused of preparing to deploy water cannons against concerned Irish citizens defending their community against the government plot to establish a migrant plantation in their community in Coolock, Co. Dublin.
However, practically no one attended the protest at 3pm on Saturday, July 27th in the North Dublin suburb in defiance or government threats and intimidation and media defamation to reaffirm their opposition to Minister Roderick O’Gorman’s plan to convert the disused Crown Paints Factory into a migrant plantation.
Over the past weeks, protests have devolved into violence after Gardai removed a protest encampment at the entrance to the Crown Paints Factory and the response of former senior RUC officer, turned Garda Commissioner Drew Harris has horrified the Irish people and further inflamed tensions.
Public fury against the open boarders policies of the Irish government continues to grow as Irish mothers and fathers are watching their children face a future where they will never own their own home or have the opportunity to raise a family, many are emigrating while our government is martialling a Herculean effort to accommodate migrants, an effort never even considered to help indigenous Irish people.
There is also growing awareness of the massive demographic change that has been imposed on Ireland against the democratic will of the Irish people will be a fundamental change in the character and culture of Ireland forever and clearly this is the goal.
With neither side looking set to back down there are fears that the continuously heavy handed response of the Gardai against Irish communities resisting migrant plantation will lead to a spiral of civil disorder and even serious violence.
