Gardaí confiscated drugs worth nearly €500,000 in County Kildare, as well as money and other items.
Gardai seized €494,000 in drugs and €22,450 in cash during a search in Newbridge, County Kildare late on Wednesday afternoon.
It’s understood that the search was carried out in connection with stolen goods.
Gardaí, who belonged to the Detectives Unit, confiscated herbal cannabis with a retail value of €220,000, cannabis resin with a retail value of €214,000 and cocaine worth €60,000
It’s understood that gardai had the suspects under surveillance for some time.
