The parents of a four-year-old girl who was horrifically raped in the toilet of McDonald’s restaurant during a school trip say that they’re going to sue the school as a result.
The young girl was on a school trip in Oklahoma USA, when she was attacked by 37-yr-old Joshua Kabatra on July 16th this year.
Police say that they arrested the evil scumbag at the scene and that he later admitted to the heinous crime.
According to Oklahoma news 4, the child’s family is now suing the school for neglect claiming that the caretakers for their child didn’t mind her sufficiently on the field trip.
A child’s parents’ legal team say that they have enough evidence to secure a verdict, citing the fact that the child went into the toilet and was followed by the evil animal who locked the door. They say that the caretakers should have realised that she was gone too long.
McDonald’s say that they are deeply concerned about the incident and that the cooperating with police in the investigation.
