The Iranian Ambassador to Ireland Masoud Eslami has confirmed that Iran have no interest in retaliating against US troops were are using Shannon Airport to refuel and get food.
Speaking to Virgin Media, Mr Eslami said that he could confirm that Iran had no interest in Shannon Airport and that they were not going to retaliate against Ireland’s Shannon Airport where US troops fly in and out from.
Earlier this week, Iran put it up to the US by bombing an Iraqi base where US troops were situated in retaliation to the death of Qasem Soleimani.
