A man in his 20s was arrested on Saturday afternoon in connection with the murder of a 25-yr-old woman in Dublin. It’s understood that the man jumped out of a balcony when gardai arrived at the scene.
Gardai have launched an investigation following the violent death of a woman in the capital shortly after 2pm.
It is understood that a woman in her 20s sustained fatal stab wounds during an assault in the Melville Drive area of Finglas earlier today.
The man remains in custody in Finglas garda station with an expected statement from gardai scheduled for later today.
