There’s been widespread praise for Metallica after they generously donated €35,000 to the Capuchin Day Centre for their tremendous work with the homeless community.
Brother Kevin Crowley is a walking Saint with the work his does day in and day out with the homeless of the city.
The donation was made in the name of the Capuchin Day Centre in Dublin with Metillica signing off on a beautiful cheque.
The Irish Government, itself known to do next to nothing for the homeless, has not acknowledged the kind gesture made by a foreign band on behalf of disadvantaged Irish citizens.
