Budget airline Ryanair is in the limelight for all the wrong reasons again, after 35 passengers were left behind inside a locked stairway while the plane took off.
The alleged incident happened at Edinburgh Airport in recent days.
The abandoned passengers were further aggrieved when they realized that while they had been left behind, their luggage had actually been taken to the destination, Krakow. They were only able to leave the stairwell after someone pressed an emergency button to open the doors.
The group were put on a different plane and arrived in Poland five hours behind schedule.
