Budget airline Ryanair has today posted a record loss, but added that recovery ‘has begun.’
Ryanair’s after-tax loss of €815m comes in the wake of thousands of flights canceled due to the pandemic.
According to a statement however, the airline is seeing a marked increase in bookings week to week, so there is ‘cautious optimism’ that things will improve towards the end of the year once vaccination programs have been fully rolled out.
