Shocking: Aer Lingus flight forced to return to Dublin due to fumes on board

An Aer Lingus plane on a flight to Munich was forced to return to Dublin Airport this morning after a report of fumes in the cabin.

Flight EI 352, with a total of 148 passenger on board, left Dublin Airport at about 7.20am but had to turn back and re-land at Dublin shortly after 8am.

Emergency services were in attendance when the plane landed, however it is reported that no one was injured.

Aer lingus said passengers would be re-accommodated on another flight.
