The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has warned fellow party members that we can’t let our guard down in the fight against Covid-19.
According to RTE News, the Taoiseach told his fellow colleagues at a parliamentary meeting that Ireland will see a slow measured easing of restrictions.
Martin also told party colleagues that Government will continue to listen to public health advice and there is still strong concerns over the B117 variant.
He added that Government will review the situation before April 5th and will then put together a six week plan.
The Taoiseach said that the plan will advise the best way forward from that point onwards.
