A top German official is seeking the confiscation of 720m euro of frozen Russian assets to be handed over to Ukraine.
Peter Frank, the country’s federal prosecutor, has filed a request with the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main to seize the assets and rightfully transfer them to Ukraine to help rebuild the country.
Ukraine will need substantial financial assistance to restore its infrastructure and services after the invader is finally exterminated and expelled from its lands.
