Robert F. Kennedy Jr, who is challenging Joe Biden for the Democrat Party’s nomination for President in 2024 has reiterated his belief that the Central Intelligence Agency was behind the assassination of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy in 1963.
“There’s millions of pages of documents; CIA documents, of transcripts, of recorded conversations from the Cuban embassy in Mexico City – it’s hard to summarize the evidence,” RFK Jr told Fox News’ Sean Hannity.
Mr. Kennedy has also suggested that the CIA likely played a role in the death of his father Robert F. Kennedy, who was shot and killed under strange circumstances while he was running for President himself in 1968.
RFK Jr. has pointed to the heads of the Warren Commission – the which established to investigate the assassination of JFK. One of the key figures in the running of the commission was ex-CIA Director Allen Dulles, who notably, had been fired by JFK following the disastrous Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba.
Following the bloody fiasco in 1961, JFK had threatened to smash the CIA “into a million pieces” and “scattered it the wind”.
RKF Jr said:
“[Dulles] insinuated himself onto the Warren Commission and essentially ran the Warren Commission and kept this evidence from the Warren Commissioners. Either way, when Congress, 10 years later, investigated the crime with much more evidence than the Warren Commission had at its disposal,’ said Kennedy.
“Congress found that, yeah, it was a plot. It was a conspiracy [and] there were multiple people involved. And most of the people in that investigation believe that it was the CIA that was behind it – because the evidence was overwhelming to them.”
In the wake of announcing his candidacy for President of the United States, major mainstream media outlets have kicked into overdrive, smearing Kennedy as an “anti-vaxxer” and a “conspiracy theorist”.
Ironically, the term “conspiracy theorist” was revealed to have been invented by the CIA and promulgated by their assets in the media to deride and delegitimise individuals who questioned the official JFK assassination narrative as revealed in the US Congress’ 1975 Church Committee hearings.
