Thousands of people have demonstrated in Paris and other French cities against a mandatory coronavirus health passport to enter a variety of public places.
The pass is being introduced by the French government to combat a fourth wave of infections, but many, many people feel that it’s controlling people, what they do with their bodies and how they live their lives.
Police say that three policemen were injured during the protest but that the vast majority of people were in good spirits.
It was the third weekend in a row that people who opposed President Emmanuel Macron’s new Covid-19 measures took to the streets with more protests planned.
