A racist attack in the UK has left a father of two with numerous injuries including facial bruising, cuts and a bruised sternum.
According to The Press News, Marc White (38) was followed home by a vehicle and then attacked at his home by four men he describes as “Asian” and being in their mid-20s after an argument on the road.
The four men beat the gardener with iron bars as they screamed “white bastard”.
Mr White’s nine and five-year-old sons, Oscar and Freddie, were in the car when Mr White noticed he was being followed home by the Toyota Yaris that was tailgating them through Carlinghow.
After nearly being hit by the following car, Mr White pulled over when the driver of the Toyota Yaris tried to attack him with a metal bar. After he took the bar and deescalated the situation, he then drove home.
10 minutes after arriving home the driver of the Toyota Yaris arrived at his door with three other Asian men who first smashed the windows of his wife’s car, parked outside, causing about £1,000 worth of damage.
When Mr White attempted to confront them, he was set upon by all four who mercilessly beat him.
The gang fled the scene dropping two of their weapons after one policeman arrived on scene following calls for help from neighbours.
Det Insp James Bellhouse of Kirklees CID said:
“This has been a serious offence in which a man and his vehicle have been attacked by a group of males and we are appealing for witnesses to what took place.
