Why don’t they cut their so-called “stars” salaries – People are coming up with alternatives to being forced to pay their TV licence

People are saying that the massive salaries that TV personalities and presenters are being paid in RTE need to be majorly cut in to save some money that the national broadcaster desperately demands from the Irish public via the compulsory and extortionate licence fee.

People are saying that they’re not going to pay for a TV licence no matter what the government proposes.

They say that they’ll do everything in their power to not pay for what they’re describing as RTE’s State propaganda and will not be helping to fund it.

The completely out-of-touch government have announced that they’re not going to scrap the TV licence but instead will do an overhaul of it.

The government appear to not realise that they’re hated by many people, people who are hard working and consistently end up being the squeezed middle.

Rather than listen to people who detest being forced to pay for RTE and its propaganda machine, they’re going to try and get people to pay a licence fee even if they only use a mobile phone or tablet to watch the rubbish that the national broadcaster puts out.
