
A woman in her 30s has been left seriously injured after a firework was reportedly launched into a home in Dublin on Halloween night, according to gardaÃ.

In a statement, gardaà said that uniformed officers were on patrol at a bonfire on Cashel Avenue in Crumlin on Friday evening when they came under attack from fireworks and other missiles, forcing them to withdraw, reports Breaking News.
Public order units were later deployed to ensure Dublin Fire Brigade could safely attend the scene.
At around 6.30pm, gardaà at the location were informed that a firework had been fired into a private residence, reports Breaking News.
A woman received treatment from Dublin Fire Brigade at the scene before being taken to St James’s Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardaà are appealing to anyone who was in the Cashel Avenue area between 5.45pm and 6.45pm on Friday to contact them, reports Breaking News.
They are also asking anyone with camera footage — including dash-cam recordings — to make it available to investigators.
