Authorities in China have confirmed that at least 14 children have been injured after a woman carried out an attack at a kindergarten.
According to Chinese state media, the horrific attack occurred at Xinsiji kindergarten, in the Chinese city of Chongqing.
Police say the injured children have been taken to hospital for treatment, but they have yet to release details about the children’s condition.
It is reported that a 39-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident.
