The haul included a mix of cannabis herb, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs with an estimated combined value of €460,000.
Two men, aged 39 and 33, were arrested in connection with the seizure and are currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
The drugs were seized yesterday after a planned search of two vehicles in the Finglas area of Dublin.
Gardai sources confirmed that the local community was instrumental in the outcome of this particular operation.
