The cost of repairs and cleaning up after the recent floods in the Donegal area is set to soar past €15m.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar recently took a tour of the affected area, accompanied by County Council officials.
Some 115 bridges were damaged, the majority of them beyond repair. The road network, already dilapidated after years of neglect, has also suffered heavy damage.
The total bill will come in at €15.3m.
